  • Establish clear, measurable processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, inventory, and transportation.

  • Contribute to improving data reliability within the ERP system.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the S&OP process.
  • Provide guidance and support to operational teams (warehouse staff and stock/ERP coordinators).
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Transport teams, IT departments, and external partners (e.g., 3PL providers).
  • Monitor transport performance and improve shipment traceability.

Profile

  • Prior experience with ERP migrations is highly desirable (Odoo knowledge is a major plus).
  • Advanced degree in industrial engineering or logistics/supply chain management preferred.
  • Strong background in process optimization, team management, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through change while fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Fluent French; professional proficiency in English required.
  • Autonomous, structured, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
