As a Video Content Creator, you will create content that brings job vacancies and employers to life.
- You will travel with the team to various work locations to capture what a job truly looks like.

What you do
- Contribute ideas for content, shooting days, and creative concepts.
- Collaborate with a marketer to translate ideas into effective content.
- Create content on location during various shoots.
- Film and edit with your own equipment.
- Transform footage into strong edits and deliver them social media-ready.
- If you have other creative skills, such as photography, utilize them as well.

- Experience with filming and editing, demonstrable with a portfolio.
- Ability to independently edit videos and deliver them campaign-ready.
- Possess your own setup, such as a camera and microphones.
- Be creative, communicate easily, and collaborate effectively.
- Capable of managing agreements and deadlines well.
- Experience with content for social media or recruitment is a plus.
- If you can also photograph, design, or do anything else creative in addition to video, it's a definite plus.
- A specific education is not important; your creativity, skills, and portfolio are what matter most.
- Fluency in Dutch is required.
