What you do
- Responsible for a smooth production process.
- Work with modern production machines.
- Monitor product quality and intervene when necessary.
- Set up and operate production machines.
- Reconfigure machines for new production orders.
- Perform quality controls.
- Identify and resolve deviations and malfunctions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in production and engineering.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Continuously monitor the production process and product quality.
What they ask
- MBO-3 work and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction.
- Experience within a production environment is a plus.
- Full-time availability for a 3-shift system.
- Technical insight and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work accurately and safely.
