For a leading infrastructure project, an organization is looking for two Work Preparers. You will work on a large-scale, technically challenging project where various disciplines and parties come together. This project requires a lot of arranging, coordinating, and organizing. The organization is looking for proactive individuals who take responsibility and ensure things get done.
Experience in pipeline construction, civil engineering (GWW), cables & pipelines, or industry is welcome, but beginners are also invited to apply.
What you do
As a Work Preparer, you ensure that project activities are well prepared and organized. You are an important link between the various disciplines, project teams, and executing parties. Your tasks include:
- Preparing and organizing activities within the project
- Coordinating with project management, execution, and other involved parties
- Monitoring actions, agreements
- Requesting and organizing materials, services
- Supporting planning and project documentation
- Identifying bottlenecks and acting proactively
- Maintaining contact with various stakeholders
- Ensuring agreements are followed up and work is completed on time
- Contributing to practical and feasible solutions
Profile
The organization is open to different backgrounds and experience levels. You are a good fit for this role if you:
- Have experience as a Work Preparer or in a similar preparatory/coordinating role
- Have a background in, for example, pipeline construction, civil engineering (GWW), cables & pipelines
- Are proactive and independent
- Are good at organizing and planning
- Are strong in communication and coordination
- Are not afraid to follow up on actions
- Move easily within a large and complex project organization
- Are practical and solution-oriented
Juniors and trainees are also welcome; there is explicit room for a junior/trainee for one of the two positions. The right attitude and motivation are highly valued.
