Responsible for a careful and lawful process of allocating social and free sector rental properties.
Assesses personal data and checks whether candidates comply with applicable laws and regulations.
First point of contact for housing seekers during the allocation process (by phone & email).
Does not shy away from difficult phone conversations.
Shows initiative and helps continuously improve the rental process.
Delves into laws and regulations, policy, and applies them correctly.

Knowledge of software packages such as Tobias 365, ZIG, Microsoft Office, Woningnet, ROOM is a plus.
Strong in planning and organizing.

You will work in the rental department, where all administrative tasks related to the rental process are carried out.
The department consists of 6 teams and over 60 colleagues.

Investments are made in sustainability, digitalization, and co-creation.
The organization manages 75,000 homes and provides support to 660 Homeowners Associations (VvE's).
