Do you want to innovate the way a government organization learns and develops? As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will work on the future of learning within an organization undergoing a digital and organizational transformation.
What you will do.
- Provide direction on how learning is shaped within a specific unit.
- Build a strong and professional team.
- Translate national developments into the practice of the unit.
- Ensure that learning and development becomes a natural part of daily work.
- Act as a link between strategy and implementation.
- Connect colleagues, teams, and stakeholders, bring different interests together, and ensure initiatives get off the ground.
- Pay attention to what the organization needs today and what will be important tomorrow.
- Advise on strategic issues related to learning and development (intake, professional competence, talent development, and the development of a learning organization).
- Identify opportunities and bottlenecks, bring the right people together, and create momentum on relevant topics.
- Represent the unit in national consultations and actively contribute to the further development of the field within the organization.

What they ask
- HBO (bachelor) working and thinking level, preferably in Learning & Development, Business Administration, or Organizational Studies.
- Expertise or experience in the domain of Learning & Development.
- Demonstrable experience with partnerships and/or network organizations.
- Minimum of five years of work experience in a (senior) advisory or management position within a complex professional organization.
- Demonstrable affinity with the security domain.
