Product Owner Physical Domain

• You represent the interests of users, process owners, and clients within the physical domain.
• You are responsible for the further development and management of digital services.
• You work with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) on issues such as public space reports and municipal parking organization.
• You represent the business within the IT department and are the point of contact for IT-related questions.
• You translate strategic and operational wishes into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• You manage, prioritize, and steer the product backlogs.
• You weigh user interests, technical possibilities, risks, budgets, and capacity.
• You work closely with scrum masters, architects, information advisors, functional administrators, business analysts, and suppliers.
• You organize and facilitate stakeholder alignment with management, process owners, and chain partners.
• You ensure optimal utilization of available resources and monitor progress and results.
• You contribute to innovation, digitalization, Common Ground principles, and data-driven work.
• You stimulate collaboration between different teams and ensure coherence between developments.

What they ask

• University degree (or demonstrable work and thinking level).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner, Information Manager, or Information Advisor at the intersection of Business & IT.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Preferably a PSPO certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• Experience with complex chains, change processes, and working within a political-administrative or municipal environment (strong advantage).

• Strategic builder who bridges the gap between the operational floor and management.
• Decisive.
• Able to clearly explain priorities to stakeholders with diverse interests.
• Never loses sight of concrete implementation.
