A collaboration of three organizations is joining forces for additional ambulant support. Services to residents continue uninterrupted, while simultaneously building a new organization, new teams, and a shared way of working.
One of the participating organizations has locations with cluster homes. This housing model is intended for people who can live independently but still require support. Residents have their own living space and live with multiple residents within one housing complex. The goal is for residents to eventually transition to their own home.
What you will do.
- You guide residents with complex support needs
- You support residents who are temporarily or long-term struggling in various areas of life
- You provide in-home support and/or support in the client's living environment
- You work together to strengthen self-reliance, stability, and social participation
- You look beyond the immediate request for help and adapt to what someone needs to regain control over daily life
- You are part of a team and collaborate with local teams and intermediary rental services
- You think outside the box and adapt to the needs of the target group
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Social Work or a related field
- Enjoy working on the development of more collective and digital work methods
- Remain calm and decisive in a changing environment, and able to provide direction and structure
- Enjoy dealing with group dynamics
- You are a Christian (Catholic, Protestant, etc.) and can articulate what that means to you
