- As a Wmo Professional, you are the link between residents and appropriate help.
- You professionally provide residents of a municipal organization with information, advice, and support, and handle requests in the areas of living, well-being, and care, focusing on the citizen's own capabilities and network.
- We are looking for an experienced Wmo professional who can independently carry out applications, investigations, and re-investigations after a short induction period.
What you do
- Draw up indications for provisions such as housing adaptations, day care, guidance, domestic help, wheelchairs, and transport.
- Engage in discussions with residents, jointly investigate the need for help, and support them in realizing suitable solutions that contribute to their self-reliance and participation.
- Collaborate with external parties, such as care providers and suppliers.

- Decisive and able to make quick, well-substantiated decisions under pressure.
- Independently handling applications and developing them into clear decisions with strong analysis is no problem for you.

- You think creatively: you look beyond standard procedures and seek new, appropriate solutions.
- Possesses political and administrative sensitivity.
