Visual Storyteller Social Media Editor & Designer

A social media agency manages the social media channels of various companies. The main mission is to unburden SMEs in the field of social media and offer them a premium experience.

What you will do.

• Start with individual assignments, primarily video editing and designing social media visuals.
• If successful, this can quickly grow into more, such as additional video editing, devising strategic content, developing scripts, and conducting content shoots at clients.
• The more work you can take over, the more time the agency will have to onboard new clients and generate more work.
• Work independently based on raw footage, a good briefing, and all relevant client information.
• Eventually, visit clients for content shoots based on a script.
• Deliver work on time to allow for review and punctual delivery of the final result.
• Primarily work behind the scenes; occasionally appearing on camera is possible, but not as a UGC creator. The clients' story must be strongly portrayed.

What they ask

• At least 2 years of experience in video editing and content creation for social media.
• Deliver high-quality and professional social media videos with an eye for detail.
• Create trendy and dynamic social media edits.
• Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere Pro is an absolute must.
• Strong in designing social media visuals in Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
• Edit photos in Adobe Lightroom.
• Experience with photo and video shoots.
• Make clients feel at ease and direct them smoothly during shoots.
• Closely follow the latest social media trends and regularly conduct competitive analyses.
• Speak and understand Dutch fluently.
• Own camera and necessary licenses.
• A drone and gimbal, and experience with them, are a huge plus.
• A portfolio of previous projects.
