Educational Branch Manager
You combine coaching, coordination, and education in one role within an educational institution. You will have a lot of responsibility, work closely with students and educational professionals, and make a visible impact every day.
What you will do.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of student counselors
- Conduct intake, evaluation, and progress interviews with students
- Organize schedules, administration, and guidance plans

- Monitor the quality of guidance
- Actively guide students during guidance hours

- Contribute to the growth and development of your branch within the educational institution
