You are a people person who gets energy from contact with flexible employees and managers. You ensure that everything behind the scenes is well organized. In this versatile role, you are available for flexible employees, guide them throughout their careers, and support HR processes that contribute to a pleasant and well-organized work environment.
What you do
- Chats with flexible employees and checks how they are doing.
- Helps new colleagues get started during their first working days.
- Is a trusted point of contact for questions about work, planning, or contract matters.
- Processes contracts, personnel changes, and time registrations accurately.
- Ensures that personnel files remain complete and up-to-date.
- Supports absenteeism registrations.
- Contributes ideas for improvements in work processes.
What they ask
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably HR.
- Communicates effortlessly in Dutch.
- Socially strong, proactive, and brings positive energy.
- Likes variety and adapts easily to changing situations.
- Possesses a driving license and own transport.
Practical
- Gross monthly salary between € 2,700 and € 3,120.
- 20 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
- Personal budget of 6%, allowing you to buy up to 15 extra days off.
- Attractive quarterly bonus scheme upon achieving team and/or company objectives.
- Promotion with an 8% salary increase upon obtaining the SEU (temporary employment professional certificate) and a good assessment of professional maturity.
