What you will do. As a Project Leader, you are responsible for translating policy, such as national insulation programs and transition visions for heat and energy, into concrete projects for households and businesses. You will work closely with stakeholders such as housing corporations and grid operators.
In the coming period, the intensity of the area-based approach will grow, with an approach being initiated in various neighborhoods to realize the energy transition, for example, through the construction of heat networks, addressing electricity supply, and large-scale insulation projects.
- Leading district and target group-oriented project teams and involving the community through participation processes to develop and implement district implementation plans.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to realize the energy transition.
- Preparing decision documents and monitoring project progress.
- Managing control factors: time, budget, information, quality, and organization.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level and experience in project management, preferably within a policy-making and administrative context, such as with a government organization.
- Affinity with or knowledge of the energy transition.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative, communicative, and innovative, with a strong drive to achieve results and elevate the energy transition.
- Experience with district-oriented projects and/or the development of heat networks is a plus.
