The activities of a night shift focus on care, guidance, and nursing technical actions during the night. The guiding principles are to help the patient maintain control for as long as possible and to facilitate a good night's rest for the patient.

- Completed mbo/hbo degree in Nursing IG, Nursing or hbo SPH, MBO Personal Social Care Assistant or social work and services
- Flexible and client-oriented
- Able to establish a care relationship under difficult circumstances

- Able to grow with developments in the treatment and guidance of patients with complex psychiatric disorders
- Collaboration and safety are paramount

Practical
You will work in a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of: psychiatrist, general practitioner, medical assistant, nursing specialist, psychologist, social worker, and a case manager. The department provides care to clients with a psychiatric condition who require treatment and guidance in combination with a stay. This group often experiences impediments in multiple areas of daily life. This means that not only symptoms are reduced, but clients are also supported in finding a way of life that suits them.
