For a housing corporation, we are looking for a Real Estate Data Project Employee. In this role, you ensure that real estate data is complete, correct, and above all, usable. The organization manages an extensive real estate portfolio including homes, commercial properties, and social real estate. To effectively manage this real estate, significant investments are being made in improving and digitizing real estate information.
Digital floor plans form the basis, and increasingly, technical and administrative data is linked to them. You delve into the available information, track down missing data, and ensure that everything is in the right place. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a large amount of real estate data.
What you do
- You will be involved in collecting, checking, comparing, and improving data about the real estate portfolio.
- For each real estate theme, you investigate what information is available and where data is still missing.
- If data is incorrect, you find out what should be there.
- You retrieve missing information from colleagues, various digital systems, or external parties.
- Subsequently, you accurately process the data in Excel import templates. These form the basis for unlocking the information to a real estate data platform and ultimately linking it to digital floor plans.
- For each real estate theme, you help set up a management process to ensure the information remains current in the future.
- You participate in various working groups and therefore have contact with colleagues from multiple parts of the organization.
- You ensure that real estate data truly becomes reliable and usable.

- You are analytical, accurate, and enjoy uncovering information.
- Affinity with the built environment is important.
- Knowledge of building engineering, BIM, or Revit is definitely an advantage.
- You work independently but easily reach out to colleagues and external parties when you need information.
- You have an MBO+/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) working and thinking level, have an affinity with real estate, and can work well with digital systems.
- You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and work in a structured, accurate, and proactive manner.
- You show initiative and do not give up easily when data is difficult to retrieve.
