Business Analyst Contract & Vendor Management

A financial institution strives for simplicity, transparency, and a strong relationship with its suppliers. As a Business Analyst Contract & Vendor Management, you play a central role in managing and improving supplier and contract processes. You contribute to data quality and reporting for contract and vendor management.

What you will do.

• Support the complete vendor lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Collaborate with procurement, risk, legal, and operational teams to ensure consistent processes.
• Improve processes around third-party risk, performance monitoring, and contract renewals.
• Manage the data model and monitor data quality in the SaaS platform.
• Set up data governance controls and validation rules.
• Ensure complete, correct, and audit-ready supplier and contract data.
• Prepare regulatory reports (DORA, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, ICT third-party risk).
• Provide dashboards and KPIs for management reporting.
• Translate laws and regulations into workable processes and reporting requirements.
• Support the management of the SaaS contract & vendor management platform.
• Participate in project work for future evolutions of the platform.
• Identify optimization opportunities based on data, feedback, and best practices.
• Contribute to projects related to supplier management and compliance.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

What they ask

• Experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or a similar role.
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Power BI, Excel, SQL).
• Knowledge of procurement, contract and vendor management, and financial regulations (DORA, EBA) is a plus.
