Within a healthcare organization, you combine psychological guidance, emergency interventions, and primary psychological care. You support patients individually and in groups and collaborate with various healthcare providers.
What you do
- Provide psychological support to hospitalized patients and consultations within various hospital departments, including the emergency department.
- Guide patients individually and in groups within primary psychological care.
- Guide patients with psychosomatic problems, functional complaints, chronic somatic conditions, or psychiatric problems from a biopsychosocial approach.
- Take an active role in the alcohol care pathway.
- Ensure correct reporting and clear communication within the multidisciplinary care team.
- Work closely with doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
What they ask
- Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in psychology (clinical psychology/adult care option).
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Work independently and systematically within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong in crisis intervention and guiding patients in acute and complex situations.
- Good communicator, empathetic and clear.
- Flexible and solution-oriented, easily switching between departments, target groups, and care contexts.
- Affinity with group work, guiding individual trajectories and group sessions.
