This assignment is for an independent carpenter with experience in daily maintenance and work based on service tickets. You will independently undertake varied assignments in various homes. There is a possibility for long-term cooperation and continuity.
What you will do.
- Independently perform various maintenance and repair work in homes
- Handle different maintenance tickets
- Repair and replace doors and frames
- Repair and replace hardware and locks
- Perform small carpentry work
- Perform various repair work in and around homes
- Light finishing carpentry
- Tiling and other common daily maintenance tasks
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as a carpenter in daily maintenance or service
- Registered with the Chamber of Commerce as a self-employed professional
- Valid VCA certificate
- Own transport
- Complete, professional carpentry tools
- Customer-oriented and communicatively skilled
