You will professionalize the current accounts payable process and guide the phased transfer of activities to an international shared service center. The goal is an efficient, manageable, and standardized process ready for outsourcing. In the initial phase, you will also participate operationally to gain a thorough understanding of the process, systems, and any bottlenecks.
As the project progresses, your role will shift towards project management, process design, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, management, and international stakeholders, among others.

- Analyze, optimize, and standardize the P2P and accounts payable process
- Document processes, activities, responsibilities
- Determine which activities are suitable for outsourcing
- Guide the preparation and phased transfer
- Monitor quality, capacity, and continuity during the transition
- Set up the activities that remain within the organization
- Manage and involve internal and international stakeholders
- Provide operational support where necessary to thoroughly understand the process
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Profile
You are an independent and pragmatic professional who combines in-depth P2P knowledge with experience in project and change management. You can delve into the process details while maintaining an overview of the entire transition project.

- A completed higher professional education (hbo) or university degree
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably five years or more
- Extensive knowledge of P2P and Accounts Payable
- Experience with optimizing and standardizing financial processes
- Experience with outsourcing, offshoring, or a transition to a shared service center
- Experience with project management, change management, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A good command of the Dutch language
Preferences.
- Experience within a bank, financial institution, or other regulated corporate environment
- Knowledge of systems such as AccountView, Spend
