A healthcare organization is looking for a Data Manager for the multidisciplinary oncological consultation. You will play a crucial role in managing patient data and preparing consultations.
What you will do.
- Register patients with an oncological condition in the care program files based on notifications from doctors or clinical-pathological reports.
- Prepare the multidisciplinary oncological consultation under the supervision of the oncology coordinator.
- Schedule patients for discussion and invite the general practitioner.
- Prepare the report with the patient's history and disease progression.
- Participate in the multidisciplinary consultation.
- Draft a qualitative report with recommendations for the patient's treatment.
- Register the necessary data for the cancer registry, as well as the figures required for the recognition of the care program.
Profile
- University degree.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and French.
- Knowledge of IT (MS Word, Excel, Access) and willingness to learn hospital software.
- Interest in administrative work and ability to work accurately and systematically.
- Willingness to follow a learning path by participating in the C(onsulte) M(ultidisciplinaire) O(ncologique).
- Knowledge of anatomopathology and preferably oncology, acquired through training and practical experience.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical pictures, necessary for collecting relevant information for the CMO report.
- Stress-resistant, calm, and efficient under pressure.
- Honest, flexible, and collegial.
- Diplomatic and discreet.
