Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key servant leader role for the team.

• You will guide team members in understanding and applying the agile framework.
• You will ensure that everyone understands their role, responsibilities, and contribution to product value.
• You will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring a structured, rigorous, and effective framework.
• You will also support the team in identifying areas for improvement, resolving obstacles, and implementing practices that foster collaboration, transparency, and collective performance.
• You will intervene in a transformation context, aiming to strengthen team autonomy, relieve existing operational leadership, and ensure roles within the agile system are respected.
• You must be able to engage stakeholders, bring them on board, interest them, and help them fully commit to their role.
• Your main responsibilities will include upholding Lean & Agile values and protecting the team from external interferences.
• You will streamline intra- and extra-team communication.
• You will create visual indicators and information supports.
• You will monitor obstacles and performance.
• You will also support the Product Owner in improving the backlog structure, writing, breaking down, and estimating User Stories.
• You will contribute to maximizing the value produced in each iteration and ensure project budget monitoring.

• Confirmed Scrum Master profile, certified Scrum Master and ideally SAFe.
• Experience in large-scale agile transformation environments.
• Concrete experience with PI Planning / PIP is essential.
• Recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to effectively frame topics.
• You ensure that the right people are present, objectives are clear, roles are understood, and success conditions are met.
• You have a facilitator, animator, and coach posture.
• You know how to explain the "why," support change, help a team grow, and establish sustainable practices.
• Comfortable intervening in complex contexts, with multiple dependencies, alignment issues, and various stakeholders.
• Good understanding of CRM environments and their functional logic.
• Knowledge of marketing issues is appreciated.
• Experience in the banking sector is a significant asset.
• Strong data sensitivity, with an AI culture and concrete use of artificial intelligence in daily professional life.
• Able to discuss continuous improvement, task automation, optimization of SAFe practices, or efficiency gains via AI.
