For an organization, a service provider is looking for a payroll professional. You will join the payroll team of the HR department and independently process monthly salaries, from calculation to payment and declaration.
What you do
- Calculate, check, and process monthly salaries up to payment
- Handle social security, withholding tax, and other legal declarations within deadlines
- Perform controls, follow up, and adjust when rules or operations change
- Implement, test, and validate legal and internal changes in SAP HR
- Collaborate with analysts, HR colleagues, social regulations, reward, and pension teams, and HR business, including in payroll projects
- Plan your own work, report issues to your team lead, and ensure clients are well served
Profile
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, including salary processing and declarations
- Experience with SAP HR (SAP HCM)
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both verbally and in writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, HR systems, and a case management tool
- Accurate, analytical, and independent. You work flawlessly under deadlines and resolve discrepancies independently
- Customer-focused, team player, and stress-resistant, with an understanding of how an organization operates
