For a financial service provider, we are looking for a Fund Controller available at short notice. You will ensure that transactions are processed correctly, completely, and on time, and will work closely with the investment team and fellow fund controllers.
What you will do.
- Process and control loans, convertible loans, and equity participations
- Review investment contracts and control tranches, interest, conversion conditions, and payment dates
- Prepare and control payments and monitor proper fund allocation
- Responsible for preparing annual account processes, financial reports, and revaluation rounds
Profile
- Accurate and independent finance professional
- Experience in fund control, investment accounting, and/or financial administration
- You know how to translate contractual agreements into correct financial processing
- Eye for detail and quality
- Knowledge of valuation issues is a plus
