An experienced Communication Advisor Healthcare Transformation is sought for a healthcare organization. You will contribute to communication regarding healthcare innovation, digitalization, and new forms of service delivery. You will translate complex changes into clear communication for patients, professionals, and other stakeholders.
What you will do.
- Develop communication advice and communication plans
- Write and edit content for online and offline channels
- Improve patient communication
- Advise on communication channels and stakeholder management
- Support change and digitalization projects
- Monitor the quality, coherence, and effectiveness of communication expressions
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Experience as a communication advisor and content developer
- Experience with communication plans and stakeholder management
- Affinity with healthcare, transformation
- Strong writing skills and excellent command of the Dutch language
- Independent, proactive
- Experience within a public organization, healthcare institution, or other complex environment required
