Quality Assurance Advisor

A government ICT service provider is looking for a proactive and experienced professional in the field of quality and quality systems. The organization aims to further strengthen the connection and coherence between strategic goals, policy, and operational execution. This ensures clarity in responsibilities, an effective and integrated PDCA cycle, and smooth audits.

What you will do.

• Promote coherence within the Methodologies & Information team.
• Proactively work on quality improvement and quality systems.
• Guide teams, advise, and brainstorm with team leaders on adhering to frameworks in both Agile and classic waterfall environments.
• Coordinate with Policy and Framework Owners to implement improvements from practice into policy.
• Analyze trends in findings to improve ICT service delivery.
• Assess the application of policies and frameworks in operations.
• Support and advise on setup, implementation, and improvement actions.
• Advise teams on compliance and quality assurance, acting as a second line of defense.
• Collect accurate, complete, and up-to-date data to provide insight into the quality and effectiveness of the work.

What they ask

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Diplomas/certificates in ITIL Foundation or Service Management, and Prince II Foundation (or similar).
• Knowledge and experience with the development and management of software, infrastructure, and associated environments.
• Demonstrable affinity and experience with ICT-related quality management (experience within the public sector is a plus).
• Knowledge and experience with Agile working, the waterfall method, Prince II and ITIL, AVG and NIS2 (Cbw).
• Strong drive to improve processes and the quality of execution.
• Continuously aware of what is happening in the organization and the team environment.
• Able to see connections and build relationships between (sub)teams.

• Certificate in Agile/SAFe working, ASL, BISL (or willingness to obtain these).
