What you do
- You lead and coach a commercial team of approximately 15-25 employees across multiple business divisions.
- You implement a new pricing and commercial conditions strategy.
- You drive change management and bring structure to the commercial organization.
- You optimize commercial processes, customer segmentation, and team performance.
- You report directly to executive management.
Profile
- Extensive experience in a senior commercial management role within construction or a relevant sector.
- Strong people manager with experience in change management.
- Experience with pricing strategies and commercial transformation.
- Combines analytical skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
