You are looking for a freelance assignment as a Certified Coach.
- You enjoy intervening in groups where cohesion needs to be fostered.
What you do
- You conduct a neutral and objective diagnosis of the relational dynamics within the team.
- You support the team in strengthening cohesion, communication, and managing specific situations.
- You organize and facilitate individual and collective coaching sessions.
- You provide feedback, recommendations, and action plans tailored to individual and collective needs.
- You conduct the initial intake, intermediate follow-up points, and the final outtake with management at the end of the assignment.
Profile
- You have 5 years of experience in professional coaching.
- You hold a recognized coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, EIC, or BAO Elan Vital).
- You have a good command of the Office suite.
- You have a personality with a demanding, empowering approach, a good capacity for constructive confrontation, excellent communication, neutrality, and credibility.
Practical
- A contextual introduction will be provided by the team manager.
- The opportunity to intervene to help a team evolve towards better well-being.
- The possibility to conduct one-hour solo sessions and 8-hour collective sessions.
