Absenteeism Case Manager
In this role, you are responsible for managing the absenteeism process. You support and advise employers and employees in reintegration trajectories, with the advice of the company doctor forming the basis. Your goal is always an appropriate and sustainable reintegration result for both employer and employee. You work with your own client portfolio and build long-term relationships. Absenteeism issues are often complex, making you an important discussion partner for both employers and employees.
You also regularly liaise with insurers.
What you will do.
- Manage the absenteeism process.
- Support and advise employers and employees in reintegration trajectories.
- Help employers recognize the importance of absenteeism and prevention and actively engage with it.
- Build long-term relationships with employers.
- Navigate between the various interests of employers, employees, and insurers.
- Ensure meticulous reporting of all contacts and agreements in the files.
- Collaborate with various internal and external specialists such as company doctors, occupational experts, company social workers, and intervention partners.

- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably in HR, healthcare management, sports management, or a commercial education.
- Experience with absenteeism guidance, for example from an HR role.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding absenteeism, including the Wet verbetering poortwachter.
- Affinity with business services.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- A proactive attitude, actively seeking solutions, opportunities, and improvements.
- Independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to prioritize well and handle dynamic and busy workloads.
