You will be part of a team of 15 FTE focused on the broad control domain, including finance and operational processes. The focus is on further developing the role as a business partner for management.
What you do
- Support and advise management in steering the unit by executing the planning and control cycle.
- Contribute to understanding complex organizational issues and determining the correct (financial) direction.
- Identify potential conflicting interests.
- Organize and guide the implementation of policy products.
- Be the primary point of contact for management regarding products you contribute to, such as the budget and management reports.

- Experienced and curious financial controller with a strong sense of numbers.
- Stand firm, not shy away from difficult discussions, and uphold integrity.
- Excellent problem analysis skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Take initiative in finding solutions.

What they ask
- HBO (bachelor) working and thinking level, preferably a degree in business economics.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
