What you do
- Monitor and take ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of accountancy files
- Provide substantive support to the team
- Manage, coach, and develop colleagues
- Conduct client discussions and build long-term relationships
- Advise clients on accountancy and tax matters
- Collaborate with colleagues within tax, audit, consulting & corporate finance
- Contribute ideas for commercial opportunities and services
- Actively contribute to the further development of the office
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy-Taxation
- You hold an ITAA title
- You have extensive experience within an accounting or consulting firm
- You have a strong technical foundation and can independently take responsibility
- You are a strong communicator and feel comfortable with clients
- You combine substantive expertise with commercial acumen
- You enjoy collaborating with different divisions
- You are autonomous, professional, and possess the right work ethic and cultural fit
- A good knowledge of English is a plus
