A government organization in the center of the country is looking for an experienced project leader for the realization of reception and housing projects. The organization aims to realize sufficient sustainable reception and housing for various target groups, including asylum seekers, status holders, and Ukrainians. A dedicated project team has been established to execute this challenging task project-based.
What you will do.
- Realize various reception and housing projects within the established project frameworks.
- Ensure political support and be responsible for the political decision-making process and reports.
- Ensure administrative support, process, progress, and an integrated approach.
- Co-responsible for participation and communication with residents.
- Coordinate with colleagues within the physical and social domains.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as security regions and environmental services.
- Act as an active sparring partner/advisor for team members, administrators, and external stakeholders.
- Embed learned lessons and developed work processes within the organization.

- Completed HBO bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Social Geography, Spatial Development, Real Estate, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader, process manager, or advisor within the spatial domain of a municipal organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with the realization of reception, housing, or residential projects for status holders, refugees, or other special target groups.
- Demonstrable work experience with participation processes and coordination with residents, social organizations, and chain partners.
- Demonstrable work experience with project-based work from the initiative and feasibility phase up to decision-making and realization.
- Demonstrable work experience with drafting administrative documents, including college proposals, council proposals, and advisory notes.
- Use of own IT resources (laptop, phone, and associated accessories).
