What you will do.

Work with adults with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities and additional physical or psychological support needs, in a collective living environment.
Provide support for ADL activities such as personal hygiene and meal times.
Organize and facilitate meaningful day activities tailored to the clients.
Alternate individual moments with group-oriented activities.
Consult and engage in dialogue with clients and their network.
Ensure good transfer, both verbally and in writing, with direct colleagues and other internal and external services.
Undertake various administrative and practical tasks, making fluent use of computers and other multimedia devices.

Communicatively skilled and able to set clear boundaries in a non-violent manner.
Client-oriented actions, with respect for each individual's uniqueness.
Do not avoid difficult behavior but try to understand it and seek its meaning.
