A large organization is looking for a Customer Project Officer. As a Customer Project Officer, you are responsible for ensuring continuity, customer performance, and the smooth execution of customer-related processes. You act as a central link between customers and internal stakeholders, supporting pricing, rebate and contract management, sample management, customer portals, and specific customer inquiries. You also monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and coordinate actions for operational issues.
Additionally, you identify process improvements and contribute to harmonizing working methods.
What you do
- Manage key customer collaboration processes and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor customer and service KPIs, analyze performance, and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate operational issues and corrective actions, in close alignment with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support pricing, rebate and contract management, sample management, customer portals, and specific customer inquiries.
