Neighborhood Coach Allowances
A government organization is establishing a municipal safety net for parents affected by a government affair, based on a specific motion. The target group consists of parents who have been affected by a government affair. This group is often distrustful of government agencies and faces severe financial and multi-faceted problems, requiring more intensive and long-term guidance than average.
This demands a specific approach to guidance, case management, and additional funding for customized provisions that may not always fall within regular frameworks. You will be the fixed point of contact for the affected parents and will empathetically manage their cases. A workday will never be the same for you; perhaps the start of the morning in the neighborhood team is the only daily constant. You will check your email for questions and documents and can make planned phone calls.
