You will have the opportunity to manage and optimize AFAS environments for various clients. You will be responsible for the management of AFAS for clients in the education, government, and healthcare sectors, and will work with your team to optimally utilize and continuously improve AFAS.
What you do
- Manage, optimize, configure, and implement multiple AFAS Profit, Insite, and OutSite environments.
- Collaborate closely with salary advisors and payroll professionals in your team to improve processes in AFAS.
- Advise clients on more efficient system setup.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and regulations in your field.
- Analyze issues and translate them into workable solutions within AFAS.

- Relevant work experience as a functional manager.
- Willingness to further deepen and specialize your AFAS knowledge.
- Affinity with HRM processes and understanding of system and process support within AFAS.
- Knowledge of AFAS is a significant plus; relevant knowledge of other HRM-Payroll systems is also interesting.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
