Ambulant Youth and Family Coach

• Support and guide families in solving various support questions.
• Strengthen families' problem-solving abilities.
• Focus on the family and tailor-made solutions, without strict protocols.
• Follow the most appropriate and sustainable path for the family, with the child's safety as the baseline.
• Ensure that children, young people, and families maintain or regain control over their own lives.
• Involve partners, significant others, the network, or informal care in the neighborhood where necessary.

Collaboration.

• Provide basic assistance from a community team or educational team (secondary/vocational education).
• Collaborate with a colleague on each case.
• Regular case discussions with the entire team for feedback and reflection.

Responsibility and freedom.

What they ask

• Completed HBO or WO education.
• BIG or SKJ registration (or prospect of obtaining it).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with ambulant work.

Offer.

• Employment conditions in accordance with the Youth Care Collective Labor Agreement (CAO-Jeugdzorg).
• Starting salary in scale 9 with the possibility to grow to scale 10.
• One-year contract with the possibility of extension.

• Accredited practical program for registration as a youth and family professional (if no SKJ registration).
