You will support two production sites of an international organization. You will act as a strategic sparring partner for senior management and play a key role in further developing HR policy and supporting organizational objectives. This challenging assignment requires extensive experience with both strategic HR issues and operational HR execution within an industrial environment.
What you will do.
- Strategic advisor for Plant Managers and other senior stakeholders on all HR-related topics.
- Initiate and guide change processes and organizational development projects.
- Take responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch and Belgian labor law.
- Drive processes in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- First point of contact for HR-related questions at both locations (approximately 200-250 employees).
- Collaborate with works councils and guide complex issues related to labor relations.
Profile
You are an experienced HR professional accustomed to operating independently within a dynamic industrial environment and effortlessly engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within HR, including ultimate responsibility for HR on site.
- Experience within a production, chemical, or similar industrial environment.
- Thorough knowledge of employee relations and labor relations.
- Experience in collaborating with works councils.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch labor law; knowledge of Belgian labor law is a strong plus.
You distinguish yourself by a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to combine strategic insight with a hands-on working method.
