As a psychologist, you treat and guide employees with psychological complaints, with the goal of helping them return to work fit, responsibly, and sustainably. The target group is diverse, ranging from employees in education and healthcare to national government agencies.

What you do
- Treat and guide clients, helping them cope with their complaints.
- Work solution-oriented, including according to ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
- Choose a mix of methods that best suits the individual and the situation.
- Apply knowledge of mindfulness, sleep and the brain, effective communication, and stress management.
- Provide guidance for e-health programs where necessary.
- Engage specialist teams for neurodiversity and trauma if relevant.
- Make recommendations to employers, for example, on (management) training in dealing with psychological complaints at work.
- Combine business knowledge, clinical knowledge, and advisory skills in this role.
- Acquire a lot of new knowledge about the latest developments in your field.
Your main tasks:
- Mapping the client's request for help and work context for diagnosis, treatment plan, and a vision of what is needed for reactivation in work.
- Solution-oriented treatment of psychological complaints and gradually increasing employability.
- Maintaining contact with the supervisor and the company doctor during the process.
Profile
- Client-oriented, stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented.
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Familiar with or curious about working at the intersection of health and work.
- Minimum of 3 years of treatment experience, preferably in the field of Work & Psyche.
- Master's degree in psychology including diagnostics and clinical subjects.
- A LOGO statement.
- Willingness to work at various locations in the region.
