Planning and Administration Coordinator

• Organizing (digital) courses and new products:
• Being responsible for the organization and planning of courses for clients.
• Collaborating on improving the course offering and making new courses available.
• Providing administrative support, such as drafting certificates, controlling invoicing, creating purchase orders, and reserving rooms.
• Working according to existing procedures and processes and proposing improvements.
• Guiding clients and trainers:
• Being the central point of contact for the client, participants, and trainers.
• Working as a team in a shared mailbox and being reachable by phone.
• Following up on planned courses, complaints, and cancellations.
• Marketing existing and new courses in collaboration with the marketing department and following up on leads.
