What you will do.
- As a spatial challenges strategist, you will work daily on the organization's spatial ambitions and be involved from an early stage.
- Responsible for translating ambitions into concrete assignments for a project leader.
- Takes responsibility and adjusts in a timely manner when the feasibility of an assignment is under pressure.
- Works closely with colleagues such as project leaders, program managers, and team managers.
- Maintains regular contact with portfolio holders (administrative clients) regarding progress.
- Programming: prioritizing, translating strategic goals and administrative ambitions into concrete assignments with clear demarcation and resource allocation.
- Client-side management: acting expertly and authoritatively for development assignments.
- Direction: being the connecting link between teams, the chain, portfolio holder consultations, and external contacts within the spatial domain.
- Monitoring: safeguarding agreements and progress, and reporting on this to management and the board.
