Airport Passenger Support
An organization supports airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. To date, they have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. They are currently expanding their network and looking for freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors on an on-call basis. This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
What you will do.
- When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), the operations team will contact you with all the details.
- Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the airport arrivals area when notified.
- Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how the organization can assist them.
- Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
- No airport security clearance is required for this role.
Profile
- Good French language skills (minimum B2 level).
- English or additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner.
