This role provides logistical support to care teams to ensure the quality of life, comfort, and well-being of residents, while contributing to the smooth daily organization within a care facility.
What you will do.
- Logistics related to care and meals:
- Accompany residents to the dining room or other living areas.
- Ensure meal distribution (setup, service, tidying).
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas/rooms.
- Logistics support for care:
- Prepare and restock care and toiletry trolleys.
- Manage care linen (sorting, distribution, tidying).
- Provide occasional assistance with the preparation of activities or materials.
- Hygiene and environment:
- Contribute to the order and cleanliness of the residents' immediate environment.
- Participate in the tidying, disinfection, and management of logistical equipment.
Profile
- Diploma as a logistics assistant.
- Experience in a nursing home or a logistics position is an asset.
- Kindness, respect for the elderly, service-mindedness.
- Rigor, punctuality, ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Neat presentation and professional discretion.
