Control Room Operator

You will work in a private alarm receiving centre at the highest level. As an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), a security density of 99% is achieved. From the control room, the safety of clients is monitored daily. The control room is the heart of the operation, where risks are detected in a timely manner and incidents are prevented. You act quickly, maintain an overview, and respond adequately when every second counts.

The team intervenes weekly in suspicious situations and contributes to the apprehension of perpetrators. This work is concrete, visible, and impactful. You will work within an international organization that supports other alarm centres in Europe to further enhance the level of service. You will work in a professional control room with experienced operators where speed, sharpness, and collaboration are central. With modern systems, you daily monitor the safety of clients.

The environment is dynamic: no shift is the same. You continuously switch tasks, make decisions, and immediately see the results of your work in practice. There is ample opportunity for development and to contribute ideas on how to continuously improve services.

What you will do.

• Monitor and follow up on alarm notifications
• Assess situations and engage the appropriate emergency services
• Actively liaise with police and surveillance officers
• Record incidents and prepare reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of services
