- Monitor processes in accordance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter).
- Be a point of contact for colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.
What you do
- Play a central role in guiding sick employees towards sustainable recovery.
- Advise employers and employees on absenteeism, reintegration, and relevant laws and regulations.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level and a CROV/ROV/RCCM qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field of absenteeism.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Engaged and socially oriented with a collaborative attitude.
- Skilled in providing solicited and unsolicited advice.
