What you do
As an occupational physician, you guide employees with various health and work-related questions. You assess the employee's situation and jointly explore possibilities for return to work and employability.
- Conducting medical consultations
- Assessing employees' capacity for work
- Advising on return to work and reintegration
- Identifying opportunities for prevention
- Collaborating with occupational physicians, case managers, and other professionals
- Maintaining contact with employers and other involved parties
You will work under the supervision of experienced occupational physicians and gain increasing independence as you acquire more experience.
Profile
We are looking for a BIG-registered general practitioner who is interested in the combination of medicine and work.

Experience as an occupational physician is a plus, but not a requirement. If you want to transition from another medical work environment to occupational medicine, you are also very welcome.
