What you will do.
- Conduct return-to-work interviews
- Provide advice to both employee and employer
- Mediate in adapting work activities
- Assess risks of long-term absenteeism and perform "Poortwachter" (gatekeeper) tasks
- Advise on recovery-promoting provisions
- Guide employees with health problems towards appropriate return to work
- Contribute to the implementation of relevant laws and regulations
