You receive requests and delve into the technical application. You clearly identify the requirements and, together with specialized manufacturers, seek a technically and commercially suitable solution. You remain responsible for follow-up until delivery.
What you will do.
- Understand technical questions: analyze specifications such as pressure, temperature, materials, process conditions, and desired control. Ask targeted questions and do not overlook any important detail.
- Develop the right solution: build in-depth expertise in one or more brands, maintain direct contact with manufacturers, and translate their solutions into technically sound offers.
- Follow up on files and deliveries: after the order, coordinate with the manufacturer, client, and external service. Monitor progress, agreements, and delivery times via the internal tracking system.
- Collaborate with the workshop: clarify technical expectations and coordinate progress with experienced workshop employees for products that are assembled or adapted.
Profile
- Technically educated: Bachelor's or Master's degree in, for example, electromechanics, mechanics, (bio)chemistry, or a related technical/scientific field, with a good understanding of physics and chemistry.
- Familiar with industrial environments: experience in inside sales, technical project follow-up, or the process industry is an asset. Experience with contractors, installation companies, or machine builders is also a good fit.
- Analytical and practical: solution-oriented thinking, working accurately and structured, and keeping multiple files clearly in motion.
- Communicative and engaged: excellent command of Dutch and good command of English.
- Eagerness to learn, technical insight, and the willingness to delve into the products are at least as important.

- You will be part of a compact and technically strong team, led by a team lead.
- Colleagues share their knowledge, and you are given autonomy to carefully manage your own files.
