Helpdesk Technician

• Oversee client project provisioning and logistics.
• Assess mobile computing needs for clinical systems.
• Provide procurement support and manage vendor relationships.
• Evaluate shipping options and handle documentation.
• Communicate project status and manage resources.
• Create and update project work plans.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project standards.
• Identify and resolve provisioning issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in project design, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor staff and support business development efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
