Join a strategic project with a major player in the utility sector. We are currently looking for a Senior Test Engineer to work on an innovative project at a key network operator in Belgium. Due to the departure of the current tester, a consultant is sought to quickly take over and ensure the quality of deliverables before production. You will join a development team responsible for building the application and will play a key role in validating functionalities before delivery to the end client.
You will work in close collaboration with the Test Manager, including a weekly coordination point.
What you do
- Define the test strategy and develop test plans
- Prepare and execute test scenarios
- Validate new functionalities developed by the team
- Identify, document, and track anomalies
- Ensure the quality of the application before it goes into production
- Produce test reports and monitor corrections
- Collaborate with project teams to secure deliveries
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer
- ISTQB certification required
- Native French speaker
- Solid experience in designing and executing functional tests
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with various stakeholders
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
