An experienced Business Controller is sought for an international organization. This is not a classic controlling role, but a position close to management where you analyze company-wide performance, translate figures into clear insights, and help guide decision-making.
What you will do.
- Monthly & quarterly closing, performance analysis, and management reporting
- Company-wide reporting according to IFRS and US GAAP
- Translate financial information into clear insights
- Reporting to management and other internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with various business units
- Further improve the quality and efficiency of management reporting
- Contribute to automation and process optimization
- Guide and support junior colleagues
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or business controlling
- Solid accounting foundation and strong analytical skills
- Very proficient with Excel
- Fluent communication at management level
- Comfortable in an environment with tight deadlines and various priorities
- Experience with Oracle and Think-cell is a plus
